The village itself nestles in a beautifully scenic valley in the magnificent mountains of Vicar. The apartment has stunning views and overlooks the excellent 18 hole La Envia Golf Course.

This brand new apartment block has just been completed. The outside pool will be ready for use as from June 2009. The other fantastic facilities which will be on offer include, a further two swimming pools (indoor and out) with a spa, turkish baths, steam room, gym, cafeteria and social club area, on target to be completed by the Summer of 2008. The apartment block is within easy walking distance to the Golf Course and the restaurants and bars at La Envia Golf Hotel and Country Club. A very select shopping complex with supermarket is currently being built making it a perfect all year round holiday destination for your self-catering holiday.

There is so much to see and do in the Almeria region, with breathtaking scenery, historic sites of interest, shopping and golf together with other sporting activities all within easy reach.

The popular coastal towns of Aguadulce is a 10 minute drive away from the apartment, with Roquetas de Mar taking slightly longer. Both resorts boast beautiful stretches of clean, quiet beaches together with bars, restaurants, shopping, water sports etc.

Our apartment is within a 15-20 minute easy drive from the airport at Almeria. Granada is the next nearest airport with driving time around 1 ½ hours, and would give you the added advantage of being able to pass through the mountains of Sierra Nevada with some magnificent scenery and views of the mountains. Murcia airport is a 2 ½ hour drive, with Malaga probably being the same. It is virtually motorway all the way from any of these airports.
